Portland Home Staging: Historic Luxury Home Receives Multiple Offers 1st Week
This historic home in the King’s Hill area of Portland had been tastefully decorated by the sellers. However, they hadn’t gotten around to a few rooms before deciding to sell and called upon Transformations to help with marketing presentation. We recommended paint colors for the master bedroom and adjacent bathroom and laundry room, as well as the kitchen and nook that showcased the existing surfaces and tied them together. The challenge in this staging project was to match the sellers’ impeccable taste. Therefore, we pulled on our expertise staging luxury properties and brought in our upscale furnishings to create a seamless flow which was exciting to buyers. It worked!
The sellers received multiple offers in the first 7 days of listing and the property sold for $1.4 million.
