PORTLAND HOME STAGING: WEST HILLS CONTEMPORARY
This property had been on the market empty for 5 months with only 1 low-ball offer which was rejected. The problem was that empty the white walls gave a cold, stark feeling. Adding to that the fireplace in the living room looked enormous – like an elephant in the room. Additionally, all wear and tear jumped out at potential buyers and seemed more major than they were in reality.
We staged it in an upscale style and brought in lots of color and life. The sellers got an offer from the first party to see it after staging! That offer was accepted and the staging was in and out in less than 30 days!
