There are many national statistics that show staging to be a smart avenue for homesellers to maximize sales price and minimize time on market. For example, nationally Home Staging yields an approximate 600% Return on Investment (HomeGain study). We have seen many of our clients get an even higher ROI. According to RESA, Real Estate Staging Association, staged homes stay on the market 78% less time on the market compared to non-staged homes and that saves monthly overhead and avoids potential price reductions which typically average 1% of listing price per month. That’s in addition to the headaches that go along with a longer showing period.

In 2012, properties staged by Transformations totalled over $17 million in real estate sales!
