Home Staging Portland Oregon | Transformations | Results

There are many national statistics that show staging to be a smart avenue for homesellers to maximize sales price and minimize time on market. For example, nationally Home Staging yields an approximate 600% Return on Investment (HomeGain study). We have seen many of our clients get an even higher ROI. According to RESA, Real Estate Staging Association, staged homes stay on the market 78% less time on the market compared to non-staged homes and that saves monthly overhead and avoids potential price reductions which typically average 1% of listing price per month. That’s in addition to the headaches that go along with a longer showing period.

In 2013, properties staged by Transformations totaled over $20 million in real estate sales. Moreover, those properties sold on average for 98% of listing price – many with multiple offers and over listing price!  Having successfully staged  $250 million of properties since inception in 2003, our home staging experience is second to none in Portland, Oregon.  The data is clear: The rewards of Transformations’ professional staging far outweigh the costs – especially for savvy sellers who stage their properties prior to market.

Below are examples of some of those staging results. If you would like to see photos of these properties, just click on those links provided by mousing over names…
